THE WORLD’S TOP EXPERT ON GENOCIDE SAID THESE TRAUMA-INJURIES SHOW A GENOCIDAL PATTERN

DR GREGORY STANTON, THE US-BASED LEGAL EXPERT AND FOUNDER OF GENOCIDE WATCH , said in the SA TV documentary ‘A BLOODY HARVEST’ – he had viewed police forensic videos of the scenes of murdered farm families – that the reasons for these cruel mutilations and the repeated pattern of murderers’ ‘decorating victims’ bodies” are warnings that the vctims were seen as ‘Inhuman vermin which had to be exterminated’- and a ‘genocide was already in an advanced stage’ against this small 3-million-strong,  highly ‘white visible minority in South Africa. view video on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtLmJSQBiwa

------------------------------------------------------------

It’s become a very clear pattern since 1994: well-organised, armed gangs of young black males go through considerable trouble to break into rural, peri-urban and suburban properties occupied by members of the most visible minority group in South Africa, and which the black population refers to as “Boers” (their generic term for all whites). A total of 74,595 of these attacks have been logged by the SAPS statistics against families since 2002. Compare these with the death-rates during the apartheid era from 1948 to 1994, as recorded by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. In addition, we have also logged 3,110 murders on smallholdings, peri-urban regions and commercial farms since 1994 – the SA government stats claim less than 1,700 murders up to 2006. All these murders, often execution style, but the vast majority carried out with long-term tortures and grotesque mutilations, are referred to as ‘ordinary crimes’ by the SAPS… (* Updated regularly.

SA government and Agri-SA’s official statistics of ‘farm murders up to 2006’ grossly understated:

Pretoria - A man from a farm in the Roossenekal district in Mpumalanga has been "executed" with his own firearm in a revenge attack.
Gawie Hough, 42, was attacked two months after a former employee of his brother Deon, 41, threatened him with the words: "I'll show you what I can do with a white man." This was reported by Virginia Keppler of Beeld newspaper. http://www.news24.com/Content/SouthAfrica/News/1059/5025879906414d28b8de85c4452f7a2c/07-12-2009-12-04/Man_executed_in_farm_attack  http://censorbugbear-reports.blogspot.com/2009/12/roossenekal-farmer-executed-in-racist.html

20091204 Mr P M Cillie, farm Loraine, Ceres, W Cape killed W Cape farmer killed

Cillie MJ Ceres farmer murdered Dec42009 Witzenberg Ceres Herald Front Page Cape Town – Mr P M Cillie, an Afrikaner fruit farmer, pictured left in the local Witzenberg Herald newspaper, was shot dead in an armed attack on his farm Loraine outside Ceres in the Western Cape, the provincial agriculture department said on Sunday. Nothing was robbed at all, however that does not stop  the SAPS from referring to it as a ‘fumbled robbery’.

A family member said however the murderers were ‘very professional’. He vehemently denied rumours that Cillier was killed in a ‘hit’ because he was at the point of revealing details about a ‘far-right movement.’

Cillie, owner of the flourishing fruit farm Loraine, outside Ceres, was fatally shot on Friday said SAPS spoke sman  Wouter Kriel. He sustained three gunshot wounds when an unknown number of armed black men kicked open the back door and shot him dead. Five children – two were Mr Cillie’s own children, were inside the homestead at the time: Cillie and his 14-year-old daughter were infact holding a home-prayer service – something which Afrikaner rural families often do traditionally – when the attack occured. “These were professional people. We don’t understand why they didn’t steal anything – they could have emptied out the whole homestead. A rumour was spread in the community claiming that this had been a killing-for-hire because ‘Cillie wanted to reveal facts about a far-right group,’ said the unnamed family member to Beeld. Other family members also rejected this rumour as pure ‘rubbish’. “This was a farm murder,’ said the unnamed family member to Beeld, who understandably wants to remain unidentified. Another comment was also obtained from a seperate source, his brother Rossouw Cillie, who said his brother ‘lived only to help disadvantaged people. He was a man who preferred to give rather than to receive.’ The Ceres farming community has meanwhile collected funds as a reward to capture the killers. His funeral takes place Wednesday November 9 2009 from the Dutch Reformed church in Ceres.  Western Cape Agriculture MEC Gerrit van Rensburg said he was shocked and saddened by the murder, as well as the killing of three workers on a Beaufort West farm on Saturday, allegedly in a dispute with a caretaker who gunned the unarmed workers down with arifle and appeared in court on Tuesday. This horrific incident is not included in our farm attack murder list because it does not show the typical modus-operandus: the victims and the alleged perpetrator were known to one another. One of the murdered people was a well-known Khoi-San singer who used to sing with performer/songwriter David Kramer.  http://www.news24.com/Content/SouthAfrica/News/1059/d4c1074eef764775afaba7c6f4207b46/06-12-2009-04-14/W_Cape_farmer_killed_

Unknown white woman’s body found torched near Orange Farm

2009-11-16  Johannesburg - A body of an unidentified white woman burnt beyond recognition was found in a field of the Orange Farm squatter camp outside Johannesburg on Monday morning, police said.Captain Johannes Motsiri said the woman, aged between 20 and 25, “was identified as a white person because one of her hands was not completely burnt.”He said a passerby saw the body still burning in an open field near Poortjie at 04:00.Motsiri said it was suspected that the woman could have been hijacked somewhere else before being set alight and dumped in the field. Orange Farm is a squatter area – however it is still registered as an agricultural area in the official SA land-registers. We will be registering this as farm murder because of the site where she was found. We await further details from the SAPS forensics experts.  http://www.news24.com/Content/SouthAfrica/News/1059/a2ecdb8a90624e6eb0fdc80579dfa560/16-11-2009-09-08/Burnt_body_found_on_field

Senior ANC-member executed with 9mm, was ex chief-of-staff KZN premier office… http://70.84.171.10/~etools/newsbrief/1996/news0328

Nov 29 2009 – South Africa. Three people, including an on-duty policeman, have been arrested and one suspect killed for the murder of ex- KwaZulu-Natal government top official and longtime ANC-member, Dr Warwick Antony Dorning, 55.

PICTURE; The accused, pictured left, appeared for a remand date in Howick Magistrate’s Court on December 1, 2009. Beeld newspaper identified them in this picture as SAPS Detective Michael Sokhela, on the far right, Welcome Madlala in the middle and Mlungisi Hadebe, all South African citizens. It’s very unusual to have farm-attackers arrested this rapidly by the SAPS – usually the attackers are caught in citizens’ arrests.

Dr Dorning was shot dead on his farm near Pietermaritzburg by armed men on his farm Adamshurst  - shot through the head execution-style in front of his wife. The only items stolen were two cellphones. The wife was traumatised but unhurt. A spent 9mm cartridge was found on the scene. The white government official and high-level ANC-member was retired in July as chief of staff in the KwaZulu premier's office although only 55 years old.The police claim that the execution-style murder. Nothing of any other value was stolen from the homestead, although the gang had ample opportunity to do so. The men had been cornered by the police in Crammond outside Pietermaritzburg. http://www.sundayindependent.co.za/?fSectionId=&fArticleId=nw20091128164128658C264043 http://www.news24.com/Content/SouthAfrica/News/1059/1fecc1298aab466b908a51c725752dcc/08-11-2009-02-29/Farmer_shot_for_DStv

Lynched KZN farm foreman Ken Eva’s widow sues SAPS for negligence

November 28 2009. Johannesburg. Picture: Murdered farm foreman’s widow Mrs Priscilla Eva has placed a cross at the Eshowe farm-site where her husband Ken was murdered by six black South African men whose names are known to the SAPS but have never been charged with the crime. Mr Eva was lynched in front of a large crowd of South Africans during an illegal farm-occupation in December 2007 by local tribesmen. Mrs Eva lodged an Intention of Court Action notice that she will lodge a formal claim of R7,5-m ($750,000) against the SAPS for their gross negligence, writes Willem Pelser of RAPPORT newspaper on 28 November 2009.

Her attorney, Jurgens Bekker of Bedfordview in Johannesburg, writes in the 26-page document submitted to Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa, that only one of the six murderers were briefly arrested although all their names are known, that an important witness has disappeared into the witness-protection programme, that none of the hundreds of people present at the event have ever been questioned by the local police, that no police-forensic report was ever drawn up, and that the police hadn’t even bothered to secure the crime-scene although high-level police officials had been present at the time. Mr Eva was hacked and bludgeoned to death by Eva Priscilla husband Ken murdered farm Eshowe KZN by farm occupiers 2007six black men armed with pangas and knobkieries while the foreman had been asked to attend a large, formal meeting between KZN officials, community leaders, police officials and the farm’s representatives about the illegal occupation of a disputed portion of the farm. SA farm occupied by 200 militant, armed ‘squatters

The formal meeting was attended by high-placed members of the KwaZulu-Natal government and a great many police officerswere present from Eshowe and Melmoth. The documents maintain that none of the police on the scene intervened to try and save Mr Eva’s life; that only one suspect was ever briefly arrested for this murder: a man named  Sipho Shangwe – who was released the very next day on bail. The documents said that Mrs Priscilla Eva has also become destitute after the murder, and now demands R7,5-m in damages, amongst others for loss of income, emotional trauma and general damages.  She also demands immediate access to specific police documents pertaining to her husband’ murder, and that the police start investigating this murder properly and bring the suspects to trial.

Mrs Eva told Rapport that she is grieving for her husband, that she is unable to get over her husband’s unsolved murder, that she is emotionally exhausted Missing Police Crime Dockets point to massive fraud among copsand financially in dire straights. “It’s high time that the police start doing their jobs and that they also compensate me for my big loss,’ she said. Bekker submits in the documents that the police had been negligent at the meeting because no attempts were made to stop the murder of Mr Eva. Furthermore after he was slain, the murder scene was not made secure and nothing was done by the police who were present to stop people from removing or destroying the forensic evidence at the scene.  Also pointed out was that the police was totally disinterested in a blood-coated fingerprints which they found on his cellphone’s battery. Mr Bekker maintains in the documents that the reason for this lack of interest in securing forensic evidence ‘possibly could be’ that members of the local police had a personal interest in the land-dispute and had also shown a very clear sympathy with the farm-occupiers. Bekker writes that since the 2007 murder, the police have never taken any official statements from the police members who had attended the meeting, nor from any other witnesses of this crime – and there had been hundreds. Furthermore, the police forensic team did not examine the scene properly, neither did they take the necessary photographs of the scene, nor produce any kind of report about any forensic evidence they may have found. One woman who had come forward with knowledge about the murderers of Mr Eva, Mrs Faneleni Mhlongo, was never questioned and instead was placed in a protected witness programme – and has since disappeared. The investigating police also made no efforts to find out who had telephoned Mr Eva with threats that he would be murdered shortly before he went to the meeting. The farm-occupiers claim that their tribe owns a portion of the farm because it purportedly belongs to a local tribal chief. Strangely, the legal owners of this farm were not interviewed for this RAPPORT article. http://www.rapport.co.za/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/2315/84d5aaa5102748a58e3cc153083a151f/28-11-2009-11-00/Vermoorde_se_vrou_eis_R7,5_miljoen_van_polisie

Izak and Marrianne Jansen van Rensburg fight back against farm-attackers at Marken

2 November 2009 --- MARKEN, Limpopo Elderly Izak and Marrianne Jansen van Rensburg were attacked on their farm in Marken, nearby Lephalale/Ellisras after the Afrikaner farming-couple returned from their weekly church service on Sunday by two black men who were unknown to them. Daughter Anél said her mother had climbed out of the bakkie to open the farm gate, but was struggling with it, so her dad also climbed to help her. Two unknown black men approached them pretending to look for work, and immediately bashed the old farmer in the face and then started beating the old man with a hammer, a stick and a hatchet. “My mom jumped in the bakkie and my dad screamed at her to drive away – however the men caught up with her and took her back to the gate where Mr van Rensburg was lying on the ground. The couple were tied up and thrown on the back of the farm vehicle – but the driver was unable to drive and crashed the vehicle against a farm fence. Mr van Rensburg ran away and kept the attackers at bay by throwing rocks at them, and managed to reach the workers’ houses where he got help. Before the police showed up the battered couple was already organising a neighbourhood-watch search party, said the daughter. Her dad is awaiting plastic surgery for his battered face at the H F Verwoerd Hospital in Pretoria, she said. The search party, headed by police, arrested two men who are expected to appear for a remand hearing in the magistrate’s court soon. http://www.nuus24.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1479/f743d91d2ce94cf9bdd43854666bdfb4/02-11-2009-02-42/Egpaar_oorleef_wrede_plaasaanval

Jan Potgieter, 65, farm caretaker, of Marken, Limpopo, murdered by gardener who also ransomed family

Potgieter Jan accused murderer arrested 20091023 Beeld picture29 October, 2009 MARKEN, Limpopo The chairman of the Transvaal Agricultural Union, Jan Viljoen, has reacted with shock to the murder of Marken farm-caretaker Jan Potgieter, 65, last Wednesday at the Villa Nora holiday cottages, on the farm Johannesberg. He said in his condolance-statement to the widow Annelie, their family and the Koedoesrand-area’s farm-watch community, that they were however grateful that the farm community acted so rapidly to round up the attacker.

The Marken Farmers’ Association chairman Roné Hennop said the attack was carried out in broad daylight at 13:00 when the Potgieter family’s gardener attacked their daughter (Anneliese) and her two children, locked them up in the bathroom  of their rondawel (cottage) and demanded a cash ransom. When the elderly Potgieter couple returned to the farm, they suspected that something was wrong -  Mrs Potgieter went to the rondawel while her husband went to the homestead – where he was shot at point-blank range. Mrs Potgieter meanwhile went to fetch a gun and fired it at the attacker – who although wounded, managed to escape.  Mrs Potgieter raised the alarm of the farm-watch and within minutes the SAPD was on the scene and a police helicopter was brought in together with a private helicopter to search for the injured murderer.  Mr Potgieter was declared dead on the scene. http://www.observer.co.za/stories/skok-oor-moord-van-marken-boer .  The attacker, a Zimbabwean man, photograph with this report, was arrested by a commando of local farmers and police, reports Beeld journalist Marietie Louw-Carstens.  Mr Potgieter suffered from cancer and was frail, reports Beeld newspaper. Japie Spanio, security chairman of the Transvaal AGricultural Union of South Africa, said the farmers are linked in a security-radio network. http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/6cd224f7bb7545788baeadc437187dee/23-10-2009-02-31/Aanvaller_vas_nadat_man_in_rug_geskiet_is

Cashier Tokkie Human, 53, who was held up at gunpoint by the gang, said when she reached Mr Woest, “blood was coming out of his mouth and nose and he was dead on the scene’.  Police captain  Sipho Zulu said the attackers arrived at around 12:30 in a cream-coloured Toyota Quantum minibus-taxi.  http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/24656ac3a12f452fa8f32cefa3c675b9/01-11-2009-11-10/%E2%80%98Ek_kan_nie_sonder_hom_lewe_nie,%E2%80%99_gil_sy

20091028 Ibele Kruger, 56, shot dead watching TV, Magalies Moot smallholding, Brits

Kruger Ibele shot dead watching TV MagaliesMoot Brits AH Oct302009 October 31 2009 – BRITS. Pretoria IT specialist Ibele Kruger, 56, was gunned down in his lounge chair while watching television late at night. Kruger's killers then walked out calmly -- taking only wife Amanda's cellphone to stop her from calling for help, reports Graeme Hosken in the Pretoria News.

The SAPS describe it as ‘a robbery’ but nothing else was stolen, reports Beeld newspaper. Kruger, 56, was shot twice on Thursday night while in the lounge of his Magalies Moot smallholding in Brits, west of the capital. Amanda had just gone to bed when the gunmen , who appeared to be South Africans, invaded their Pine Street home shortly before midnight. They took Kruger by surprise when they managed to slip into his home through a sliding door which had been left open for the family's dogs. The property was surrounded by electrified fencing. Speaking from home, Amanda said the family was devastated.  "We can't understand it. It just does not make any sense," she said. Describing how she had jumped out of bed when the gunshots rang out, Amanda said as she escaped through the bedroom sliding door which leads into the garden, a man came around the corner and attacked her. Pushing a gun into her face, the man grabbed Amanda's cellphone from her as she frantically tried to call police and neighbours for help.  page 4 of Pretoria News on October 31, 2009 http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=79&art_id=vn20091031083305660C964430&newslett=1&em=205034a6a20091031ah http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/ec855e93f22a43ebb914e43f8629ce20/31-10-2009-01-53/%E2%80%98Nee!_Nee!_Nee!%E2%80%99_%E2%80%93_toe_2_skote

20091029 Leon and Hetta Steyn, restaurateurs, Artist’s Cafe, peri-urban Hendriksdal, Sabie shot dead with R5 – no motives  http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/a3a7ea28303b4f629525d120b9603373/30-10-2009-01-01/Egpaar_vir_niks_geskiet

Leon and Hetta Steyn, owners of the Artists’ Cafe and Guest House at the restored Hendriksdal railway station near Sabie in Mpumalanga,  were shot dead at 7am inside their home by an R5 military assault weapon. Two unknown black men were seen leaving the scene shortly after the shooting. Mr Steyn’s .38 handgun was still in its holster. Nothing whatsoever was robbed.

Hetta and Leon Steyn Murdered with R5 military assault weapon ArtistCafeHendriksdalOct292009

Buks Viljoen  of Beeld newspaper reports from Nelspruit that the popular restaurateurs were discovered by neighbour Martin Boulton after he heard shots fired. When he knocked on the front door and called to them, the two murderers walked out of the back door – one carrying an R5 military assault weapon. The couple was murdered at around 7am. Mrs Steyn, a former kindergarten-teacher from the West-Rand, was lying propped up against the refrigerator in the kitchen, with a gaping wound to the head. Mr Steyn’s body was lying next to his bed in the main bedroom. His .38 revolver was still inside its holster on the bedside table. He was shot through the chest. Both were still in their bedclothes. Police picked up six spent R5-bullet shell casings and a live R5 round inside the house.Police inspector Whitey Nel of the Sabie police said the motives for the execution-style murders are deeply mysterious: nothing was missing from the house. The White River police dog team started tracking the attackers’ shortly after the double murders and followed them for about an hour through neighbouring forestry-plantations. They had to stop the search when a heavy rainstorm hit the area, which washed out the tracks, said Capt Phil Liebenberg of the dog-unit. Beeld reports that a total of 147 military-attack carbines of the R5 variety went missing from the SAPS storage depots last year. The Transvaal Agricultural Union has called on the government to ‘carry out a proper audit of all the state-owned arms, because far too many crimes are carried out with firearms such as the R5.’ Mrs Steyn leaves her son from a previous marriage, Mr Dirk Nel, 24.  Four South African citizens have been arrested for this double-murder. People with any information may call inspector Nel, telephone 013-764-9960 http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/a3a7ea28303b4f629525d120b9603373/30-10-2009-01-01/Egpaar_vir_niks_geskiet

Pretoria – Sept 28 2009 - 55-year-old Isabel Schonken was shot dead from behind over the weekend, as she was apparently  trying to escape to a guest bathroom to hide from a group of armed black male attackers at the Klipkop smallholdings east of Pretoria.

Mrs Schonken's businessman-husband Lars, 56, was shot in the torso during the attack near Klipkop at 02:00. He returned fire, injuring one attacker who got away Lars's skull and wrist were fractured when the robbers assaulted him and hit him with a pistol. He is currently recovering in the Little Company of Mary hospital in Groenkloof, Pretoria, writes Keppler. Isabel's sister Héléne Rumsey, 52, who lives a stone's throw from the Schonkens, said the robbers had cut through an electric fence which stretches all around the smallholding. They were able to get into the house through an open sliding door.  "They attacked Lars in the bedroom," Rumsey related. "It seems as if my sister had fallen asleep in front of the television in the living room and woke up when they shot Lars. Shortly thereafter she was shot through the heart. The robbers tried to shoot Lars in the heart as well, but luckily it was only a flesh wound," she added. Lars lost consciousness after being shot. When he came to, shortly thereafter, he fetched his pistol from the safe and shot one of the robbers. According to Rumsey, the only things which were ‘robbed’ were her sister's handbag and cellphone and her brother-in-law's laptop. http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/414a26c2e1d4452b965964dbfefa7901/27-09-2009-10-13/Van_agter_doodgeskiet

They were arrested shortly after Dr Meyer’s gruesome murder and have been refused bail by the Phalaborwa magistrate’s court because all the suspects are from Mozambique. http://www.news24.com/Beeld/Suid-Afrika/0,,3-975_2465117,00.html the police still  insist that they had the right suspects in custody. Dr Meyer was shot dead in the Selati nature reserve when he, his wife, their babyson Paul Wouter (six weeks at the time) and friends were attacked by a group of armed black men in February 2009. The Meyer couple and their baby were kidnapped in one of Dr Meyer’s 4x4 bakkies, their friends were dumped into a second bakkie. When they were driving through the reserve’s gates, the unarmed Dr Meyer was shot execution-style and his body thrown from the bakkie - in front of his wife and baby-son. Reports were that the young father had tried to fight back by grabbing one of the attackers’  guns. Police say it was his own fault that he was murdered – he should not have fought back.   http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/9e69f10632e64f7f9cb47e3351c018ee/27-09-2009-10-13/%E2%80%98Ni%C3%A9_my_man_se_skieters%E2%80%99

2009-09-11 -- Hilda Fourie reports in Beeld newspaper that Mrs Anya Swart, the only child of a murdered local smallholder, Sarel Koekemoer, 69, came across his grossly-mutilated body in his Bultfontein smallholding in Pretoria North on Tuesday-night. “They have really destroyed him,’ the devastated daughter said. Her dad had been bludgeoned repeatedly with a shovel and also had numerous knife-wounds, she said.

Mutilations, decorating of murder victims bodies are acts of deep hatred, dehumanisation:

JournalistSusan_Puren_ProducedDocumentaryFarmMurders_A_Bloody_Harvest_CNN “Such repeated mutilations of victims’ bodies indicate a deep hatred of the victims by the perpetrators, who view their victims as objects, as vermin to be exterminated, rather than as human beings”, said Dr Gregory Stanton of the Genocide Watch organisation, (view video above) who was interviewed on the documentary “A Bloody Harvest’, on Carte Blanche TV in 2003. Stanton said this after close examination of criminal documentation, police-forensic videos and police photographs of crime scenes showing many murdered Boer-farmers and their families. He was interviewed by this prize-winning South African investigative journalist Susan Puren. http://beta.mnet.co.za/carteblanche/Article.aspx?Id=2265

Three black men were arrested within 24 hours of the gruesome murder with  the victim’s  cellphone, firearm and some cash they had stolen from him still in their possession. One of the men was a casual worker on the smallholding, doing occasional odd-jobs there, said Mrs Swart. She became worried about her dad after he hadn’t shown up for his usual meal with her family at her home, and also failed to respond to his cellphone. She drove there and discovered that while the security gates were closed, they hadn’t been locked, and neither was the kitchen door. She then found him dead in the bathroom, ‘icecold … and lying in a big pool of blood,’she said.  She phoned her husband – who was at a community-policing forum at the time. Mr Swart asked the police members at the meeting to contact the Hammanskraal police – and they arrived at the smallholding very shortly thereafter, she said.  Mr Koekemoer also leaves two grandchildren, Cornélle (13) and Esmiralda (18). http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/4de002454c034b859c2d8b850e127e1c/11-09-2009-02-49/Hulle_het_hom_regtig_verniel%E2%80%99

August 27 2009 – BRITS. Linda de Beer reports in Beeld newspaper that police are ‘puzzled about the circumstances’ surrounding the death of local resident Gerhardus Hermie Cloete, 47, whose half-naked, torched body was found in the veldt between Jericho and the Dikhololo wildlife reserve near Brits.

Police inspector Wilmarie van der Merwe said Cloete’s hands and feet were tied with shoelaces. He was reported missing last Thursday after police found his abandoned Nissan Almera about 10km outside Jericho. The rear window was broken, blood was found on the rear seat, and the car’s front and rear buffers were found ‘decorating’ the body – which had been dumped about 4km from the car, said Van der Merwe. The murderers did a very strange thing: they tore off Mr Cloete’s car’s front and rear buffers, transported these with the body, dumped the body in the field 4km away from the car, and ‘decorated’ the body with the bumpers. This happens often to Afrikaner victims and Dr Gregory Stanton, who heads Genocide Watch, also commented on this odd murder pattern an 2003 interview on Carte Blanche TV’s documentary “A Bloody Harvest’, noting that acts such as these are “indications of genocidal hatred towards the victims – of wanting to humiliate them; that the perpetrators who decorate the body like this, do not view the victims as human but as objects, as vermin which should be exterminated.’  Cloete’s trousers were torched and his upperbody was unclothed. No further details were published about Mr Cloete’s background.  http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/529ec966613542f3981e81dd2715b1aa/27-08-2009%2010-08/Polisie_wonder_oor_lyk_in_veld

Lotterie Jessica and Piet Beeld picture after dad murder Theana Calitz Beeld PRETORIA NORTH – An 65-year-old granddad who was a long-time sufferer of a heart condition, Wilhelm Lotterie, was humiliated, beaten and bludgeoned to death in front of daughter-in-law Jessica, 23, and her infant son, Wilhelm’s newborn grandson Danté --  after his two adult sons were lured from their homestead when a large armed gang of blacks had torched the veldt.

Pictured left by Beeld journalist Theana Calitz are a deeply traumatised Piet and Jessica, speaking about their ordeal. Police captain Jan Sepato said the two Lotterie sons were dousing the fire when the old man, who was sitting on the porch, was forced at gunpoint to lie down on the living room floor, where he was hogtied – and his pants were also pulled down to below his knees to humiliate him even further in front of his daughter-in-law. Mrs Lotterie had to watch helplessly as they bludgeoned the old man with a pistol and kicked him while he was lying defencelessly on the floor. When the brothers returned from dousing the fire, they were ambushed by the killers, and tied up in the toilet and bathroom. The armed gang took meat from the freezer, as well as cash, electronics, cellphones and the family’s old Ford Fiesta, reg. WHF052GP. Neighbour Jan Vermaak, who lives about a kilometer from the Lotterie homestead, said he’d helped them douse the veldt fire and was just washing himself when he heard the screaming. He sent his sons with flashlights to go and take a look – and the boys returned to report that a woman was screaming loudly. He found the distraught Jessica holding her newborn standing in the dirt road with husband Piet. They were all in shock and Vermaak said he took them back to his own home. He (not the police…) then had to help organise a search party with the homesteaders in the area to try and find the robber gang – but they were long-gone by then. Of course the police have arrested no-one. http://www.beeld.com/Content/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/1928/8688f56172b5425aab53220ea92701af/26-08-2009%2012-08/Rowers_skop,_slaan_man_dood

20090817 Tracey-Leigh Frankish, 33 mom, killed at Farmall AH, Fourways Johannesburg http://www.newsvibe.co.za/external.php?node=135471

Frankish Tracey-Leigh murdered Farmall Aug 18 2009 smallholding Lauren Cohen reports on August 18 2009 that five days after “flower child” mom Tracey-Leigh Frankish’s screams scared off would-be burglars, attackers struck again, this time taking the unarmed young mother’s life.

A cheap TV set, hi-fi and a small amount of money were the only things stolen from the murdered 33-year-old Gauteng sales representative’s cottage in Farmall, an agricultural holding north of Fourways. She worked at the food manufacturing company Ma Baker. Johan Burger, senior researcher at the Institute for Security Studies, who last year co-authored a report on crime and public security in South Africa, said this murder highlighted how political promises had not been kept as far as the eradication of farm attacks was concerned. “The conclusion we came to in our report was that there was a vacuum [in crime-fighting regarding] rural safety.” Burger said this was a result of the phasing out of South African National Defence Force units, or commandos, deployed specifically to patrol rural areas in South Africa since 2003. “[The phasing out] was not supposed to happen until sector policing, police reservists and crime-combating units were in place. In almost all [rural areas] we visited in our research, none of this had been done,” Burger added. http://www.newsvibe.co.za/external.php?node=135471

2009-08-19 Kathrina Fourie, 85, fights off five black knifemen, Goedverblijf farm Soutpan, Free State

2009-08-19 Bloemfontein - Three of five armed men were arrested after a gang of five attacked  85-year-old Afrikaner farm woman Kathrina Fourie near Soutpan, Free State police said on Wednesday. Sergeant Thandi Mbambo said five men attacked the woman on the farm Goedverblijf near Soutpan while her partner was fetching farmworkers.
Police said the farmer returned around at 07:00 on Tuesday to find footprints leading to the garage door, which connected with the house.  When he went to the front door of the house he heard screams. "He found Kathrina Fourie in the passage bleeding heavily. The frail, elderly woman had several stab wounds." Mbambo said Mrs Fourie was taken to the Pelonomi regional hospital in Bloemfontein and was in a critical condition.  Neighbouring farmers were alerted about the incident and “suspicious-looking men” were seen running through the fields in the direction of the adjacent squatter camp. Three men were arrested with the help of farmworkers on their way to work. A laptop computer, two cellphones and batteries allegedly stolen from the farm were found in their possession. It’s not known when the other two men are expected to be arrested. Mbambo said a case of attempted murder was opened and the three men, aged 18 and 19, from Bultfontein and Soutpan, would appear at the Brandfort Magistrate's Court on Friday. SAPA

These were the defiant words of Pretoria pensioner Anna-Marie Saaiman, 78, who although bleeding heavily after her attacker bit off the tip of her ring finger to try and get to her wedding ring, beat off the man trying "to kill" her husband, Koert, 80, at their smallholding in Kromdraai, north of Pretoria on Thursday. The Saaimans had just returned from Pretoria where they had done their weekly shopping, when they were attacked at their modest working-class home. http://www.int.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=15&art_id=vn20090821034626466C968765

20090723 Johann Blignaut, 54, shot execution-style at rural Moreleta Park smallholding, nothing robbed

Blignaut Johann slaying for nothing July 24 2009 Pretoria News FP Jul 24 2009  Hilda Fourie of Beeld newspaper reports that 54-year-old Johann Blignaut, a business advisor who works in the pharmaceutical industry, was working on his laptop-computer in his lapa (a fenced off picnic area inside a garden) at 5am on Friday-morning, July 23 2009 – something he did every morning. He was shot dead when an unknown armed men tore down portions of a prefabricated concrete wall, walked up to Blignaut, fired several bullets through his head and neck – and left again without stealing anything. Police inspector Duane Lightfoot said their investigations found that the gunmen had torn out entire panels of a prefabricated concrete wall surrounding the smallholding property, had entered the lapa and killed the unarmed Blignaut. Blignaut ‘s head also hit a sharp object as he fell down dead, Lightfoot said. Nothing was robbed at all. Ionn, Blignaut's 22-year-old son, was woken up while sleeping in his bedroom, which is situated right next to the lapa.  "My dad usually woke up around the 5am to work in the lapa, but on Saturday morning things did not happen as usual." The laptop computer, usually a much sought-after article for armed robbers, was left untouched, said LIghtfoot.

Police: 'We have noticed that people are being senselessly killed in their homes' "Because I usually go to bed late, I'm in deep sleep at that time. But on Saturday morning I was woken up by his screams and about four gunshots in the backyard. When I got out I found him lying on the ground bleeding," said Ionn. According to Ionn, his father had been shot in the head and neck, and the neck was bleeding profusely. Now the family do not feel safe in their home despite assurances by police that they would bring those responsible to book. "We bought this house here specifically because we wanted to be close to nature as that is the kind of person my father was. He loved the outdoors and this place was just ideal," said Ionn. Blignaut, who worked in the pharmaceutical industry and was also a business adviser, is the latest victim in the string of murders that have occurred in the rural areas of Pretoria East over the last two weeks. These murders are often accompanied by extremely cruel acts of torture. And now the deputy national police commissioner has pledged that special measures will be taken to stop the killings, reports Pretoria News. Friday, Deputy National Commissioner Andre Pruis said they had noticed the recent murders in Pretoria East and were paying special attention to them."We have noticed that people are being senselessly killed in their homes and the murderers do not even take any of their possessions. We are employing crime intelligence and doing pattern analysis to determine what exactly is motivating these murders," said Pruis. http://jv.news24.com/Beeld/Suid-Afrika/0,,3-975_2541863,00.html

Ernst Dr Pieter Ernst philanthropist doctor murdered 29 July 2009 farm HekpoortJul 18 2009  - Beeld court journalist Susan Cilliers and the Dutch Algemeen Dagblad both reported that two convicted murderers of Dutch-born physician/philanthropist Dr Pieter Ernst at his Hekpoort farm near Magaliesburg four years ago, were on July 17 2009 sentenced to 22 years prison each. Chabuse Steve Lebakeng and Khaladi Thabang, jr, both in their thirties, were found guilty of murder, armed robbery and illegal firearms possession.

Son Pieter junior, 23, said after the sentencing at the Pretoria High court that ‘this wouldn’t bring back my dad, but it helps to know that two people were captured and put in prison’.  His father was murdered on 29 July 2005 on the family farm near Hekpoort, Magaliesburg while the Dutch philanthropist travelled there to pay workers. the unarmed Dutch doctor was ambushed at the farm entrance and shot at point-blank range in the head.  Dr Ernst emigrated to South Africa from the Netherlands in the 1990s.  One of the murderers/robbers was a former worker who had been fired legally for thievery. Ernst Jr. said the murderers were caught because “they had bragged about what they did. Stories started emerging at our farm amongst the workers, and we were told that one person with the nickname Chilli Boy had been involved. The police was notified and they were caught.’ Dr Ernst started the NGO-charity Marang House in 1998 at Northcliff Johannesburg for chronically-ill children suffering from diabetes and kidney-ailments,  several years after his emigration from the Netherlands. He first worked at state hospitals and started the rescue house with inherited money when he started his own private practice. “He saw how children with serious chronic illnesses often literally lived all their lives in hospitals. He bought a house behind his consulting rooms to offer these children a home while they were being treated at the hospital,’ said his son. “We have since that time cared for more than seventy children,’ the son added. He’s now taken over as the managing director of Marang House. His two brothers are in The Netherlands, Hugo, 20, and Maxwell, 11 with their mother Rene.  Marang House could use some extra funding in these economically-hard times, Mr Ernst added.  Our readers are asked to please donate to Marang House in honour of Dr Ernst’s memory.http://www.maranghouse.org http://www.ad.nl/buitenland/article301315.ece

20090714 Roets, Nick, 56, murdered, Raslouw smallholdings, Pretoria

http://www.int.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=15&art_id=vn20090715043122202C944154 Roets Nick smallholder murdered July 14 2009 Pretoria

Graeme Hosken reports on the front page of the Pretoria News on July 15 2009 that Pretoria businessman Nick Roets was gunned down at his smallholding moments after his wife and a worker had left to make a delivery. Roets, 56, was shot dead in his Raslouw home after he was overpowered by an unknown number of assailants at lunchtime on a Tuesday.

The community-watch system has collapsed several months ago in the area, and ever since then, violent crime has skyrocketed, residents told Hosken. Roets, who was shot through the heart, is believed to have been killed with his own revolver, which, according to the police, was among six guns that were stolen, along with money and a laptop computer. It is believed that the gunmen took Roets's gun - which he always carried with him after the family were attacked in their home in 2001 - after overpowering him. As crying friends and relatives gathered to comfort the Roets family, shocked neighbours stood outside their homes waiting for news. "I can't believe it. I have spent most of the day outside and did not hear anything," said neighbour Peter Kgatuke. He described Roets as a friendly man who always had a smile on his face. "Whenever I saw him as I left for work he would wave and smile at me. He seemed to be a very kind person, and my heart goes out to his family," he said. Kgatuke added that since the collapse of the area's community watch system, violent crime has escalated. "Last week my neighbour's domestic worker narrowly escaped an attack when robbers broke into the house. These crimes are all because our community security system has fallen apart," he said, describing how effective the neighbourhood watch system had been. RoetsSmallholderMurderPretoriaNewsJuly152009FPAsked why the system had collapsed, Kgatuke said: "I do not know. Everyone was in e-mail contact with each other. We were in the process of erecting security walls and gates around our community, and everything seemed to be on track until it suddenly all fell apart. "I am still trying to understand why the system collapsed," he said, adding that at the time of the collapse he had feared that someone would be seriously injured or even killed in an attack. Another neighbour, Imtiaz Patel, agreed and said the gated community system would have gone a long way towards protecting people. "Unfortunately it did not materialise and now this has happened. Our greatest fears have been realised," he said.  He said it would now be a case of people waking up in the morning and wondering who had been killed during the night. "It is imperative that we revise this community watch system if our neighbourhood is to be kept safe. We cannot allow these killings to continue," he said. Another resident, who asked not to be named, said his family were terrified.  "If this can happen in broad daylight, imagine what can happen at night. We do not feel safe. We already have burglar bars and alarms. What else are we now meant to do to protect ourselves?" he asked. Police captain Louise Read confirmed that the murder happened shortly after Roets's wife and a worker left on an errand. "When she returned at 2pm she found her husband dead in the study. At this stage the motive for the killing appears to be robbery, as six guns, along with a laptop computer and hi-fi system, were taken. "Roets's revolver was also stolen," she said. It was not known how the gunmen entered the house as there was no sign of forced entry. "This will form part of our investigation," Read said, adding that the police were following several leads.  Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the gunmen can contact CrimeStop at 08600-10111. 20090712 “Say your last words,” said the murderers of working-class Afrikaner Piet van den Berg, Cullinan – then they shot him in the back, locked wife Madeleine in a closet and torched their homestead with her still inside…

Berg vd Piet murdered house torched July 12 2009 Cullinan AH Jul 12 2009 -- A working-class Afrikaner smallholder of Cullinan was shot dead in front of his wife’s eyes;  and their homestead torched by three armed black attackers after they locked the wife Madeleine van den Berg in a closet: The 60-year-old wife was told:  ‘Say your last words because we are going to burn down your house.’ Picture: Beeld photographer Cornél van Heerden http://jv.news24.com/Beeld/Suid-Afrika/0,,3-975_2538185,00.html

Mrs Madeleine van den Berg, 60, of the Cullinan smallholdings, said after they shot dead her husband, the murderers locked her in a closet before setting the homestead alight. Her daughter Mrs Ilse Theologo told Beeld that her mother told the murderers of her husband that she ‘wanted to go to heaven’. Mrs van den Berg managed to break her bonds and broke out of the closet, rushing with their bakkie to Theo van Rensburg’s smallholding. Neighbours helped carry their furniture from the burning cottage. Her soot-covered son-in-law Claude Stander told the newspaper, standing in front of the smouldering cottage: “Why? One can’t help but ask, why did they torch the house after they had shot him dead and took everything they wanted. It’s so senseless.’   Mr van den Berg ran a small workshop on their meagre smallholding, and was attacked there at around 11am, with three black men demanding ‘the keys to the gun-safe’. It’s not known how these men knew that the couple had a registered gun-safe since police have not arrested anyone for the crime. Mrs van den Berg suffers from hip-problems, so when they forced her at knife-point to lie down on her stomarch on the bed while demanding the keys, the old lady was unable to comply because of the pain. They then cut one of her wrists while Mr van den Berg walked down the hall to get the keys. One of the attackers then shot him without any warnings in his back, with the gunman telling Mrs van den Berg: “The old man didn’t cooperate’. Stander Claude brother in law of murdered smallholder CullinanThe terrified woman then was forced at knifepoint to step across her husband’s bleeding body to fetch the keys to the safe. Stolen were their cellphones, legally registered firearms (what good is a firearm when it has to be locked in a safe?) and some money. Then they tied her up, locked the woman up in a closet and set her house alight. SBerg vd Piet murdered July 12 2009 Cullinan AH torchedhe managed to get out however, saving herself from a fiery death.  Said her neighbour van Rensburg:  “She ran into our house in a state of hysteria. She screamed ‘help, they shot Piet and the house is burning down’ “. He drove her back to the burning homestead with Madeleine immediately trying to get inside to get her husband out. She passed out from the smoke and Van Rensburg had to drag her out while one of his workers, who used to work for the fire department, dragged Piet van den Berg’s body from the house, reaching him through the crawling space beneath the floor. Neighbours all rushed in to drag the furniture outside, said daughter Ilse Theologo. “My mother is badly traumatised,’ she said, ‘my dad was the very best of dads’. Police spokesman Johannes Jaftha said the murderers have not been captured. He expressed gratitude to the community members and the Cullinan diamond mine’s fire department members who arrived quickly to help out. http://jv.news24.com/Beeld/Suid-Afrika/0,,3-975_2538185,00.html

Kill Boer Kill Farmer daubed with blood of two tortured Afrikaans murder-victims’ on the crime-scene walls…

        • 20090401 Alice, 77, daughter Helen Lotter 57, tortured to death in muti-killing, “Kill-Boer” slogan daubed with victims’ blood on Allenridge, FS homestead wall

If any more proof were needed that a great number of these murders against Afrikaner families are racist hate-crimes targetting this small very visible minority; the Bloemfontein police reported in March 2009 that the hate-slogan Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer was painted on the walls of a homestead – and the murderers used the blood of Alice Lotter, 77 and daughter Helen, 57, after they were tortured to death:

OdendaalsrustFarmersProtestAgainstMurdersApril192009court The cruel torture murder of Alice Lotter, 77, and her daughter  Helen, 57, caused a wave of abhorrance amongst the white community because of its incredible cruelty. The women, both frail, were  tortured to death at their farm in Allenridge near Welkom in the Free State on March 6 2009.

Stabbed in vagina, anus with broken glass shards:

According to forensic evidence, the Lotter mother and daughter had died excruciatingly painful deaths:  first tortured by being stabbed with broken glass bottles into their vaginas. One of the women also had her breasts cut off while she was still alive . Both women’s blood also had been used to paint anti-Afrikaner hate slogans on the walls of their homestead.

They were then allegedly killed by strangulation: i.e. they were hanged.  In response, Odendaalsrust farmers held a demonstration outside the law courts where the accused murderers were appearing with a reenactment of the way these women had died. The demonstration drew condemnation from the Afrikaans news media ‘for its gruesome nature’. However this reenactment, pictured above, wasn’t nearly as gruesome and horrid as the torture these women had to endure. Afrikaner police officers who investigated this horrific slaughter and had to gather forensic evidence, were also severely traumatised and required trauma counselling. And, despite the fact that the Lotter homestead was only one block away from the police station, no-one inside responded to the screams from these women while they were being slowly tortured to death. Click here for report of Odendaalsrust law court demonstrations.  To her eternal disgrace, the local ANC-mayor had organised a counter-demonstration against a local white farmer who was appearing in court at the same time and has since been acquitted of any charges. The mayor totally ignoring the horror these two white women had to endure. Cruel torture-murders of two Afrikaans women was muti-harvesting: Read the original story in Afrikaans
